Orthopedic Physical Therapy

Orthopedic physical therapy focuses on the treatment of injuries, disorders, and conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system -- your bones, joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Whether you're recovering from a fracture, dealing with chronic back pain, or rehabilitating after joint replacement surgery, our orthopedic specialists will help you regain strength, flexibility, and function.

Conditions We Treat

  • Back and neck pain
  • Joint replacements (hip, knee, shoulder)
  • Rotator cuff injuries and shoulder impingement
  • ACL tears and meniscus injuries
  • Fractures and post-surgical rehabilitation
  • Tendinitis, bursitis, and repetitive strain injuries
  • Osteoarthritis and degenerative joint conditions

Our Approach

Every patient receives a comprehensive initial evaluation including movement analysis, strength testing, and functional assessments. Your therapist then develops a customized treatment plan that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and dry needling.

What Makes Us Different

At Summit, you work one-on-one with your therapist for the entire session. We limit our caseload to ensure that every patient receives the individual attention they deserve. No aides, no group sessions, no being handed off to an assistant mid-treatment.
